STELLA ANDREOU

 

GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR

Stella is one of our Group Fitness Instructors here at Evolve Fitness & Wellness.

Stella Andreou born & raised in the United Kingdom joined the Les Mills tribe in 2008. She started off her group fitness career with BODYPUMP (Advanced Instructor) and BODYCOMBAT (due to her love of Karate since she spent her earlier years as a professional fighter in the UK). Later on, she became a CXWORXS instructor and due to her passion for dance went on to become an Elite Instructor in SH’BAM and BODY JAM. She is a certified TRX Suspension trainer and has also joined the first team of  ActivMotion Bar Instructors in Cyprus. Some of her freestyle classes include BOOTY Builders with miniband resistance & HIIT FAT BURN Cardio Workouts. Her goal is to make every workout experience as fun & energetic as possible so that you don’t realize you’re working out!!

Melanie is  our Pilates  Class Instructor here at Evolve Fitness & Wellness.

IBRAHIM ALMASHOUR

Ibrahim is one of our Fitness Group Class Instructors here at Evolve Fitness & Wellness and he is 26 years old.

He Holds the following qualifications:

Person BTEC Level 5 HND Diploma in sport and exercise science (QCF).

– CYQ level 2 certificate in fitness instructing (QCF) – Gym-Based exercise.

– Les mills Elite instructor of CXworx.

– Les mills advanced instructor of Body Pump.

– Les mills certified instructor of RPM, Sprint and Grit series.

GEORGE MORFAKIS

George is one of our Fitness Group Class Instructors here at Evolve Fitness & Wellness.He graduated from the Higher Technical Institute with a diploma in electrical engineering and he is an AVAYA certified engineer in the voice-telecommunications/network fields.As an athlete he was a member of the national team of table tennis for many years and for the last 10 years he is a Les mills Elite instructor of Body Combat. National presenter for Body Combat 52 quarterly with his coach and Head Trainer of Body Combat George Efthymiou and also a presenter at the Super quarterly for Body Combat 54

 My goal is to promote a healthy way of exercising by offering the basics in the execution / technique of the exercises through the courses I teach so that gymnastics is a pleasant experience as well as a safe way of empowering the athlete.

Emilios is one of our fitness group class instructors here at Evovle Fitness& Wellness and he is 28 years old.
He holds the following qualifications:

(International Federation of Body Building and Fitness) and approved private trainer from the ΚΟΑ.

NIKOS VOSKARIDIS

 

GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR

Nikos started high intensity outdoor cycling in 2008. A few years later he gained his certification from Les Mills in RPM and Sprint. He attends all Les Mills trainings including advanced trainings gaining the A Module 1 and 2 certificates. Nikos will push you to work hard, never give up and smile at the end of each class!

KOULLA NIKOLAOU

GROUP CLASS INSTRUCTOR

Koula is a GROUP CLASS instructor at Evolve Fitness & Wellness.
In 2017 he obtained the Les Mills BODYSTEP Instructor certificate and in 2019 the Les Mills BODYSTEP A Module 1 and 2 advanced training certificates.

The heart of Les Mills BODYSTEP is like walking up and down stairs. Aerobic training by creating strong legs, thighs, buttocks, squat and lunge in combination with movements such as burpees, push up and dumbbells result in a fun, refreshing, complete physical training. Thanks to the heart blocks that push the fat burning systems at high speed, Les Mills BODYSTEP will raise your heart rate and increase your heart fitness.
