FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.
Training sessions in small groups (4-8 people)
Training via Functional Training during the upcoming Winter period will take place inside our gym fascilities.
Every Monday from 20:00 – 21:00 and every Friday 16:00 – 17:00, visit Studio 1 at Evolve Gym, perform activities inspired by everyday life, easier, injury free while exercising and doing the things you love and enjoy at the same time.
