Functional training is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. Functional training attempts to adapt or develop exercises which allow individuals to perform the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries.

Training sessions in small groups (4-8 people)

At Evolve GYM, every MONDAY and THURSDAY,  18:30 – 19:30, our trainers , Andreas Glykis and Eleftheria Michael are waiting for you to train you and share their insights on functional training,  FREE OF CHARGE.
