Banana Split Dessert!
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup Greek frozen yogurt
- ½ cup almonds, crushed or slivered
- 8 strawberries
Directions:
- Mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Halve 4 bananas lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or grass-fed butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
- Wrap in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes.
- Top with frozen Greek yogurt, crushed almonds and sliced strawberries.
