Banana Split Dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 cup Greek frozen yogurt
  • ½ cup almonds, crushed or slivered
  • 8 strawberries

 

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon brown sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Halve 4 bananas lengthwise; brush with 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or grass-fed butter and sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  3. Wrap in foil and broil until golden, about 3 minutes.
  4. Top with frozen Greek yogurt, crushed almonds and sliced strawberries.
