How to:

1 to 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1- 1 1/2 cups of water or skim milk

1/4 cup oatmeal

1 tablespoon raw cashew butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Add ice for extra thickness

 

Blend all ingredients in a blender – add more liquid, or ice to your desired taste and consistency.
