Ingredients:

  • 1 8-ounce glass water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 inch knob of ginger root
  • 3 mint leaves

 

Directions

  1. Add the lemon juice to the glass of water.
  2. Finely grate the ginger by using a zester or grater and add to the glass of water.
