WHAT IS POWER YOGA?

Power yoga is a series of postures designed to improve strength, balance, and flexibility.

A powerful, dynamic & sweaty all levels class. Designed to challenge, awaken, detoxify & purify every system, muscle and tissue of the body. One thing for sure: it will take you to places you’ve never been before!

Each class is independently sequenced by our instructor, Annie Armosti, offering varied, fun, and dynamic classes that will keep you on your toes. Power Yoga is for everyone.

It doesn’t matter how fit you are, how old you are, or how flexible.  yoga  is not about learning to put your feet behind your ears, it’s about learning to love and look after the body you’ve been given. It’s about challenging your limits, both mentally and physically and learning to breathe through it.
