- TRX-BOOTCAMP: It is circuit training with TRX loops, as well as other functional equipment (plioboxes, ropes, sandbags, medballs, kettlebells, jump ropes, fitballs) .
- TABATA: Tabata is a style of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of exercise at your maximum effort, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a certain number of rounds.
- CIRCUIT TRAINING: Circuit training is a workout that involves rotating through various exercises targeting different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.
- ABS&BOOTY WORKOUT: Glutes bands are super effective when it comes to glute activation. Different exercises with the band when placed on the thigh, above the knee more specifically, activate all three gluteal muscles. That’s beneficial in booty gains . Abdominal exercises are a type of strength exercise that affect the abdominal muscles (colloquially known as the stomach muscles or “abs”). Human abdominal consist of four muscles which are the rectus abdomens, internal oblique, external oblique, and transversus abdominis. When performing abdominal exercises it is important to understand the effects, functions, the types of exercises, and think about how to perform this exercise safely.
- BOOTCAMP (BIKES): Bike Bootcamp combines cardio and strength training in one class . This 45 minute Bike Bootcamp combines intervals on the bike for cardiovascular fitness, with strength training on the mat using dumbbells and bodyweight exercises. This fun new class is scalable to all fitness levels.
